Life Changes

December 16, 2011

Gracious Living Day by DayThe new year will usher big changes in my life.

I am leaving RepairClinic.com.

Jeff and I at last week's RepairClinic Holiday Party

I have worked for this company for almost thirteen years, and together with my husband Jeff, am one of the founding members.

I have many friends here.

But this is the right time for me to leave.

RepairClinic is in a good place. A year ago we redesigned the company website and got a whole new look and now, most of the design work that I am responsible for is established and streamlined.

At 52, I am ready for new challenges. I am not sure what that means, but I am open to possibilities.

Stay tuned.

You wouldn’t be human if you weren’t a bit scared, dear friend, but hang in there. Your sister is right, you WILL shine in whatever you decide to do next, and your shine will rub off a little on all the rest of us lucky enough to be around you. Hugs, kisses, and peace to you.

Liliana –
I wish you the very best in all your future endeavors. You and I share a common position – I find myself transitioning out of a career I’ve followed for 35 years and moving into known/unknown territory.

One door closes, another one opens. I’ve always seen that as something to get excited about…

Onward we all go! Tell Jeff I dig his beard!

Jeff,
for me, connecting with people that I would never know otherwise, is one the best things about blogging and the internet.

Best to you, New York friend, with all your endeavors, and I will keep you posted on how my adventures go – and will make sure to tell my Jeff that his beard is admired!

Thanks, John.

I have to admit, I am a little scared …. but both you and I know that every new day is the unknown.

Hugs,
Liliana
